GCW is looking to add to our Administrative team


The Human Resources Associate is responsible for providing professional administrative support in a variety of functions for the Human Resources department.

The role will carry out routine tasks to ensure efficiencies within in the Human Resources department and will provide administrative support in executing, organizing, and facilitating tasks that contribute to the overall success of the GCW team.


What we are looking for in a Human Resources Associate:

  • Excellent people skills required to communicate effectively with employees
  • Quick thinking and problemsolving skills are required
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
  • High level of confidentiality is required
  • Great organizational and time management skills
  • An individual with a positive and friendly attitude

Some requirements of the role would include:

  • Ensure employee records are up to date and maintained in an orderly fashion
  • Provide support to the HR department and all employees related to HR questions, issues and concerns
  • Administer the company Health and Wellness Benefit programs
  • Assist in the preparation of meetings as required
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as required

Required Skills and Qualifications:


  • College diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent
  • 13 years of relevant work experience in an administrative assistant role is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
