The Cutter is the assistant to the Die Cut Operator, SP130-EII.


The Feeder is responsible for:
(i) Following instructions as given by the Operator.

  • Reporting any safety hazards to the Operator.
  • Ensuring proper running condition of the stock / skids into the Die Cutting equipment.
  • Assisting the Operator with tasks as directed by the Operator.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe work area around the Die Cutting equipment.
The Feeder's duty is to assist with the make-ready and set-up of the Die Cutting equipment. The Feeder must repiling stock onto special blue skids and properly aerate loads for ease of running. The Feeder must complete all documentation relating to incoming material inspection, skid tags and sheet count. The Feeder must manage the incoming printed load tags. The Feeder must visual inspect plain and printed sheets. The Feeder must set-up the feeder section of the die cutting equipment. The Feeder must file away underlays, dies, strippers after completion of the job. The Feeder must also keep the work area clean, practice good housekeeping habits, and properly disposal of process waste. The Feeder must assist the Operator with maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
