Description

Position:
Administration & Customer Service Coordinator

  • Coordinate importation of equipment including working with shipping companies, import brokers and compiling all necessary documents.
  • Maintain a list of inventory on equipment on order, in inventory and presold to customers
  • Work with customers on all equipment delivery items including invoicing, title transfer, funding and other services as required.
  • Liaise with sales staff to ensure proper quotes and documents submitted for all sales and purchases of equipment.
  • Process customer visa deposits
  • Occasionally take pictures of equipment.
  • Occasionally travel to location in Ogdensburg New York (10 minutes from office) to confirm inventory and or take pictures of equipment. Passport required.
  • Other administrative duties as directed from time to time including possible payables data entry and cash receipts.
  • Assist with taking deposits to bank and attending municipal licensing office.

Requirements:


  • Good excel skills
  • Working knowledge of Office Suite
  • Word, Outlook, Excel etc
  • Highly organized
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and with a team.
  • Trouble shooting and problem solving skills
  • Valid Passport
  • Drivers Licence
  • Salary: $50,000$60,000 plus benefits commensurate with experience and skills

Pay:
$50,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

  • Monday to Friday
