Description

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Replace or repair appliances and damaged bathroom fixtures; executes general plumbing as needed
  • Maintain overall appearance of rooms, does touchup painting, etc.
  • Repair and maintain room's heating/ventilating/air conditioning systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the hotel.
  • Clean and maintain the pool to the required standard.
  • Maintain the condition of hotel lobby and parking lot.
  • Maintain operating equipment in working condition by performing routine equipment checks and repairs
  • Take on the responsibility to notice when the guest is not satisfied and use their best judgment to help resolve the concern
  • Coordinate with Front Desk
  • Perform other duties as required to provide the genuine hospitality
  • Flexible schedule must be willing to work any day of the week.
