Position:
Commercial Roofing Foreman (SBS /Torching)

Benefits:

Starting wages are $48$52 per hour (based on experience)

Ensure company vehicle is in safe operating condition and is equipped with the required tools and equipment for each job
Responsible for the safe use of all power tools
Conduct building inspections in partnership with clients
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate
Demonstrated ability to teach skills and work effectively with others
Good observation skills and problemsolving abilities
Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a

positive attitude and exemplary leadership and customer service

Exhibit positive and effective interactions with clients

Requirements:

Certified applicator with major commercial roofing systems including
SBS, EPDM, TPO with experience as a Foreman
Minimum 7 years of experience in the commercial roofing industry
Minimum one year of employee supervision experience
Red Seal Ticketed as a Roofer, Damp and Water proofer is an asset
Driver's license required and your own transportation is considered an asset
Can safely operate vehicles, mechanical devices and/or equipment
Ability to work at various heights while adhering to safety protocols
Can perform physical activity on regular basis
Fluent in the English language and can clearly communicate with supervisors,

clients, and co-workers

Be able to follow and understand safe work procedures
Complete and submit all paperwork required in the requested timeframes
