Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits etc
Develop business strategies to raise our customers' pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
Assist with online shopping services and product shipping and deliveries
Involved in receiving new shipments and checking the inventory
Additional store manager duties as needed

Requirements:

Be energetic and kidsfriendly team player with a positive mindset
Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
Ability to work alone and selfdirected, and as with a team
Has Knowledgeable with computer and POS systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proven successful experience as a retail Store Manager

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
From $46,000.00 per year

Schedule:
