Our client, a multiple line, multi-store recreation dealer, is looking for a
Recreation General Manager to join their growing team in Western Newfoundland

What You Will Be Doing

Leading high performing sales, fixed operations, and administrative teams
Ensuring all dealerships are running in an efficient and profitable manner
Ability to ensure high standards for delivery of services to customers
Ensuring staff understanding and compliance with dealership policies and procedures

What You Will Bring

Minimum of 5 years experience as General Manager, Sales Manager or Fixed Operations Manager in a recreation dealership (automotive experience considered)
Superior management, leadership, and customer service skills
Ability to resolve customer issues or concerns promptly and professionally
Excellent organization and communication skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Selfmotivated with strong work ethic
A valid driver's license is required
