What it takes:

Responsibilities:

Provide great customer service and listening to customer concerns and or requests regarding there vehicle
Schedule Service Appointments for customers and maintaining a set schedule provided by the Service Manager
Conducting outbound calls to customers
Prioritize and asses urgency level
Work well under stressful conditions which may include the handling of a large volume of incoming calls from customer and scheduling
Enter data into a variety of computer programs (good typing skills is a plus)
Excel as the ultimate teamplayer to encourage strong, productive working relationships
Be responsible for any other projects as assigned by the supervisor and/or Service Manager

Physical Requiements:

Shortdistance walking
Long periods of sitting (standing desk is optional)
Light lifting
