- a cover letter (two pages maximum);
- a CV detailing their experience in: clinical trials methodologies, the relevant research areas around clinical trials and regulatory affairs, and in administrative roles (demonstration of connections to clinical trial partners is an asset);
- a description of their current and future research program, and how this links with at least one of the four departmental research themes (five pages maximum);
- a statement of teaching philosophy (one-page maximum);
- examples of course outlines, assignments, and evaluation rubrics are an asset;
- a statement that identifies your strengths in advancing equity, diversity, and inclusion in your discipline and on campus as well as your future plans;
- names and contact information for three referees;
