Marineland of Canada Inc. is looking for an Assistant Leader to join our team.

The Assistant Leader is responsible for overseeing the activities of the team and ensuring that all Duties are completed in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities:


Assist with training of new staff

  • Assist with scheduling of staff meetings and training sessions
  • Ensure that all staff are provided with proper safety equipment and training
  • Ensure that all staff are given feedback and can improve their performance
  • Ensure that all staff are provided with proper paperwork and attendance sheet tracking.
  • Assist with inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure that all supplies are ordered in advance and have sufficient stock to cover the daily demand.
  • Assist with inventory control, ordering, restocking, etc.
Skills and Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or in a customer service role.
