Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking an enthusiastic professional with 2-3 years' experience.
We are hiring a Marketing Coordinator to help execute inbound and outbound digital marketing campaigns.
This is a great opportunity for a hardworking, self-starting individual with experience in the digital/inbound/outbound space who is ready to take their career to the next level.
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the delivery of all content for our conferences
- Create and execute marketing activities, including maintaining event websites, enewsletters and eblasts, content for social media, webinars and conferences, and managing each contacts database.
- Design/Modify graphics using Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
- Review subscription and unique users and create/manage marketing campaigns to drive growth of registration
- Identify system to suggest connections of users to promote networking

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Metric reporting, Google analytics
Marketing automation concepts
Experience with Google Adwords, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Third Party Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Networks and other advertising platforms
Solid knowledge of image/graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
Strong experience using Zoom and other video conferencing platforms
Experience working with or for an event company to deliver attendees is an asset
Excellent project planning and workload management skills. Understands deadlines and prioritizing.
Fast learner that is ready to jump in and hit the ground running.
Experience working with Joomla, WordPress or other website programs
