Daily Priorities:

  • Complete Customer Vendor Forms as per remittance address details provided.
  • Track, via Excel, incoming Customer Vendor Form requests.
  • Interact with Customers as needed to ensure Vendor Forms are completed accurately.
  • Respond to queries regarding Vendor Forms
  • Analyze and use data from tracking sheets to ensure all Tier 1 Customers have updated Vendor Form if required
  • Track progress to completion

Qualifications:

  • Must have 13 years of administrative or finance experience.
  • Wellversed in Microsoft Excel
  • Must have excellent attention to details
  • Proven ability to multitask, take data and lessons learned
  • Willing to work in a highvolume, fastpaced environment
  • Ability to interact with customers, ask questions and follow up on requests
  • English and French required
