    Position


    The Account Executive is a pivotal role focused on initiating long‑term client relationships to grow new revenue within an assigned set of prospective client accounts. The chosen candidate will build new relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored solutions based on Croesus' capabilities. As a key part of this, the Account Executive will build and maintain strategic account plans for each prospective client, to coordinate and focus all Croesus activity related to these prospective accounts (including senior executive / Board engagement as required).

    Key Responsibilities

    • Strategic Client Relationship Management: Establish new relationships, understand client needs, and offer tailored Croesus solutions to address these needs
    • Solution Expertise and Sales: Master and sell Croesus's cutting‑edge solutions and services, emphasizing added value for clients.
    • Revenue Growth: Prospect and win new business within an assigned territory. Achieve / exceed assigned quota in terms of quarterly / annual bookings and revenue.
    • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Croesus's internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Management) to initiate, nurture, and sign new business opportunities with new clients, ensuring a positive and consistent client experience throughout the sales cycle.
    • Development of Commercial Proposals: Prepare, present, and negotiate compelling commercial proposals, adapting the offering to specific client needs.
    • Contract Management: Facilitate the execution of new client contracts, ensuring mutual agreement on commercial terms within target timelines.
    • Strategic Monitoring: Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, competing solutions, and possible opportunities to create new products and solutions for Croesus.
    • Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.
    • Event Participation: Maintain active participation in relevant industry events, including promotional activities, conferences, user group sessions, or other events aligned with business development plans within an assigned territory.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Broad experience (12+ years) in a similar role, with strong preference for candidates with prior experience in the wealth and asset management sector. Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce).
