Performs administrative duties and plans and executes client events that enables BMO Global Asset Management to pursue new business and retain existing clients.


  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders in order to deliver on business objectives. Internal stakeholders include accounts payable, compliance, translation, sales teams and sales leaders among others.
  • Organizes and executes end to end planning of small scale regional events including sourcing materials, scouting venues, liaising with venues, content development and approvals
  • May require travel within Western Canada
  • Adheres to policies & procedures
  • Administers charitable donations & coop marketing initiatives
  • Submits expense reports for sales teams and allocates expenses
  • Manages and inventories promotional items
  • Prepares sales kits
  • Manages printing & shipping of items
  • Problem solves administrative and operational problems
  • Schedules and coordinates meetings, events and presentations.
  • Analyzes issues and determines next steps; escalates as required.
  • Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed

Qualifications:


  • Post secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably in a sales environment
  • Verbal & written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits:

$35, $52,000.00


Pay Type:

Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group's pay range and type.


Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure.

Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked.

For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
