About the Role

As an Account Executive you are experienced and dedicated with impressive customer relational skills and a real passion for technology.

The Account Executive has an appreciation for how technology platforms can improve business practices and is excited in providing innovative business solutions.

The perfect AE must be dedicated in growing the business and facilitating smooth communications and collaborations between key customers and our internal technical solutions staff members.

The AE is responsible for the full sales cycle, including generating, managing and closing sales to consistently achieve sales quotas.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Engage with multiple customers daily and ensuring that a high level of customer relationships, retention and satisfaction is maintained.
  • Managing the sales cycle end to end.
  • Capability to sell products and solutions.
  • Passionate about growing our existing customers while proactively pursuing new accounts.
  • Meeting monthly sales objectives and quotas.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful onboarding of services.
  • Enjoy networking and building relationships with company decision makers.
  • Understands how to maintain customer loyalty in building longerterm partnerships.
  • By using Dynamics CRM, record changes to customer accounts, updating service packages and tracking developments.
  • Participate in daily/weekly sales meetings to gain valuable feedback.

Qualifications:


  • Business Degree or relevant education.
years professional experience in sales role and primarily client facing.

  • Prior experience in Salesforce or Dynamics CRM software or similar.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Leadership and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Professional business acumen and deep understanding of business sales processes.
  • Proven track record in sales growth.
