Job Description Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities

Perform Quality Control tests and assays according to approved procedures, including data analysis, report preparation, and troubleshooting issues
Lead and manage Quality Management System (QMS) activities with mínimal guidance
Develop testing procedures, including writing SOPs, working documents, and templates
Design and perform nonroutine analysis and testing with mínimal supervision
Collaborate with individuals from other departments to resolve problems

Knowledge and Qualifications

Minimum BSc degree in biological sciences or related field with at least 2 years of industry experience
Prior Quality Management System (QMS) experience required
Mammalian cell culture experience is required
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility to work weekends as needed
