CTG is seeking to fill a Tech Level 1 opening for our client in Quebec City, Quebec.


Location:

Quebec City, Quebec


Duration:
6 months


Duties:


  • Deliver technical support to employees, addressing requests both remotely and inperson.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware and software.
  • Assist employees with the setup of their mobile devices.
  • Utilize the Jira ticketing system for prioritizing and documenting issues.
  • Manage enterprise technology within infrastructure environment.

Skills & Experience:


  • Previous experience as a technical support or help desk technician.
  • Proficient in Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Prior experience with a ticketing system, preferably Jira.
  • Expertise in supporting mobile devices (iOS and/or Android).
  • Strong understanding of networking connectivity and concepts
  • Exceptional teamwork, collaboration, and proactive problemsolving skills.
  • Bilingual proficiency, with required French and functional English.

Education:


  • High School Diploma
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
