    MPE, a division of Englobe, is looking for an Intermediate to Senior Civil Engineer with municipal engineering experience to join our Office in Red Deer.

    MPE is a full-service, multi-disciplinary engineering team in the municipal, water resources, and building services sectors.     Your Contribution

    As a Senior Municipal Civil Engineer, you will work in collaboration with the Municipical Civil Engineering Team to deliver on projects.

    Your main responsibilities will be:

    • Apply and promote Englobe's health and safety rules
    • Experience with lift stations, pumping systems, and treatment systems would be an asset
    • Report writing and document preparation
    • Construction contract management
    • Project management experience
    • Cost estimating experience
    • Liaison with clients and contractors
    • Ability to coordinate designs and construction inspections with multiple disciplines
    • Show an aptitude of general construction methods
    • Self-motivated with leadership ability
    • Possess good written and verbal communications skills

    Your Profile

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
    • 10 years experience in water distribution, wastewater collection, transportation, stormwater management, and drainage systems
    • Must have a P.Eng Designation and in good standing with APEGA
