We're a dynamic, independent studio of over 1200 passionate employees, with studios in Toronto (Behaviour Toronto), Rotterdam (Behaviour Rotterdam) and in the UK (Behaviour UK–North & South). Our day to day revolves around two core business focuses: Services and Original Games. Our Services team collaborates with gaming and entertainment giants like Disney, Sony, Activision, and Nintendo, delivering exceptional work-for-hire development and pioneering immersive location-based entertainment (LBE). Are you ready to take the lead in transforming how millions of players connect, interact, and engage with our games? As our Product Director – Platform / Services, you'll be responsible for building a player-first ecosystem that shapes the heart of our community. You will set a bold product vision for innovative platform and social features, turning insights into action, and action into lasting impact.

In this role, you'll partner directly with senior leaders, collaborating across game teams to launch new community tools, deepen player engagement, and embed experimentation in every facet of our culture.

In this role you will :

Work with senior management across game teams and publishing to develop a player-centric ecosystem
Translate stakeholders' needs per game project into features and solutions that best serve their unique player base.
Own the product vision and strategy for key platform and community features, grounded in player needs and long-term engagement goals that align with overall business objectives.
Lead end-to-end product development and work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team, from discovery, design, stakeholder alignment, delivery, experimentation, to iteration.
Champion a strong experimentation culture across the organization, including hypothesis-driven development, A/B testing and rigorous analysis of results.
Be the voice of the player by combining market insight, player data, and community feedback to refine priorities and roadmap, and to ensure customer needs are always at the centre of decision-making.

What we're looking for :

8+ years in a Product Management related field, including 2+ years in a leadership role, ideally within consumer platforms or large-scale digital products, for mass-audience platforms with strong community or social component
Strong data literacy, with hands-on experience using metrics, dashboards, and A/B testing to inform decisions.
Experience forming and leading small, cross-functional teams.
A high-ownership, can-do mindset – comfortable wearing many hats and encouraging others to do the same.
Ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and in making sound decisions with imperfect information.
Strong player empathy, curiosity and a desire to better understand customer needs and behaviours.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to align multiple groups of stakeholders around a clear direction.

Dans ce rôle vous devrez :

Collaborer avec la direction et les équipes jeux ainsi qu'avec l'édition (publishing) afin de développer un écosystème centré sur les joueur·euse·s;
Traduire les besoins des parties prenantes en fonctionnalités et solutions adaptées à leur base de joueur·euse·s;
Définir et porter la vision et la stratégie produit pour des fonctionnalités clés de plateforme et de communauté, pour répondre aux besoins des joueur·euse·s et des objectifs d'engagement à long terme;
Piloter le développement produit de bout en bout en collaborant avec une équipe dédiée et plurisdisciplinaire: découverte, design, alignement des parties prenantes, livraison, expérimentation, puis itération;
Promouvoir une culture forte de l'expérimentation à l'échelle de l'organisation : développement guidé par des hypothèses, tests A/B, et analyse rigoureuse des résultats;
Être la voix des joueur·euse·s en combinant connaissance du marché, données joueur·euse·s et retours de la communauté, pour ajuster les priorités et la feuille de route, afin de garantir que les besoins des joueurs restent au centre des décisions;

Ce que nous recherchons :

8+ ans d'expérience dans un domaine lié à la gestion de produit, dont au moins 2 ans dans un rôle de leadership, idéalement sur des plateformes grand public ou des produits numériques à grande échelle, avec une forte composante communautaire ou sociale;
Solide culture data, avec une expérience pratique des métriques, dashboards et tests A/B pour orienter les décisions;
Expérience dans la constitution et le pilotage de petites équipes pluridisciplinaires;
Fort sens de la responsabilité (ownership) et état d'esprit orienté solutions : à l'aise avec le fait de porter plusieurs casquettes et d'encourager les autres à faire de même;
Capacité à être efficace dans des environnements rapides, mouvants et ambigus, et à prendre de bonnes décisions avec une information imparfaite;
Forte empathie envers les joueur·euse·s, curiosité, et envie de mieux comprendre les besoins et comportements client;
Excellentes compétences en communication et en collaboration, avec la capacité d'aligner plusieurs groupes de parties prenantes autour d'une direction claire;

En tant que Directeur·rice Produit – Plateforme / Services, vous serez responsable de bâtir un écosystème « player-first » à destination de notre communauté. Vous porterez une vision produit ambitieuse pour des fonctionnalités de plateforme et sociales innovantes, en transformant les enseignements en actions, et les actions en impact durable.

Dans ce rôle, vous travaillerez en partenariat direct avec les leaders seniors et collaborerez avec les équipes de jeux pour lancer de nouveaux outils communautaires et approfondir l'engagement des joueur·euse·s. Par le biais d'itérations, vous collaborerez avec des designer·euse·s, programmeur·euse·s et analystes pour tester des idées audacieuses et construire des systèmes qui ont du sens pour les joueurs.
