Responsible for performing data entry duties in an efficient and accurate manner by performing the following duties:Summary of Responsibilities
- Inputs data into computer software to generate various procedural documents in an accurate and timely manner
- Performs filing duties each day and maintains records as needed
- Resolves or reports problems encountered immediately including incorrect paperwork, missing paperwork, incorrect data on paperwork, and any other problems to the appropriate individual.
- Receives and responds to customer inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
- Provides assistance to other departments as needed
- Answering and transferring phone calls
- Keeps track of paid and pastdue invoices and corresponds with customers as needed
- Communicates with customers regarding Purchase Orders, Proofs of Delivery, Invoices, etc. for various processed orders/shipments
- Maintains work area in a clean orderly condition and follows prescribed safety regulations
- Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Computer & Office Skills
- Proficient in MS Windows and basic office software programs
- Proven ability to quickly learn and use new software program
- Proficient in data entry and typing
- Able to use basic office equipment: copier, fax, phone, paging, etc.
- Capable of processing high volumes of data in an accurate and timely manner
- Capable of adhering to data business procedures
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize work and time
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to adapt to changing work demands
- Able to problem solve, think critically and work under pressure
- Understands value of promoting cooperation, building teamwork and resolving conflict
- Be a team player and work within a diverse work environment

Experience
- 13 year(s) of experience in fast paced office/warehouse environment is preferred.
