Accountabilities
Responsibilities of the Digital Team Coordinator will include but not limited to:

  • Establish and maintain professional relationship with sales and service team members.
  • Monitor teamwork queues to ensure sales and service targets are met.
  • Ensure reporting best practices are followed.
  • Manage and control crosssell campaigns and opportunities.
  • Provide coaching and motivation to team.
  • Conduct meaningful 121 sessions with team members to improve individual productivity.
  • Audit work and performance and make recommendations for training or learning.
  • Available to assist with client service demands.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships.

Skills & Experience You Bring

  • RIBO License required (Registered Insurance Brokers Ontario)
  • 12 years experience in leadership in any capacity
  • Industry knowledge.
  • Efficient computer skills with ability to navigate multiple screens and system platforms.
  • Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a busy environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Self
- motivated and resourceful with a desire to learn new systems and processes.


Salary:
$50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
