Skills & Experience Required

• 10+ years in an agency role. You deeply understand brand and have led work that delivers tangible business growth.
• A portfolio of at least 5 case studies showing measurable success—real numbers, real results.
• Location: You must be within a 2-hour drive of London, Ontario, and available to be in the office twice a month to collaborate with the team.
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus. Preference will be given to those who have run an agency or small business and understand the challenges. That said, you're not alone in this at tbk—you'll have a strong team beside you.
