ACCOUNT MANAGER (ADVISORY)


As a Sales Account Manager for Advisory in Joorney, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth by selling advisory services to clients.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client needs, and presenting tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

You will work closely with the advisory team to deliver high-quality services and ensure client satisfaction.

Additionally, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall growth and success of the advisory business.

Our new Account Manager for advisory understands the dynamic of:


  • Sales and Business Development:
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads for advisory services.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and tactics to effectively position advisory services to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide appropriate advisory solutions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to drive sales conversions.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering highquality services and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and provide ongoing support and assistance.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork:
  • Work closely with the advisory team to develop customized solutions for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure smooth execution of client engagements.
  • Provide feedback and input to the advisory team regarding market trends, client needs, and competitive intelligence.
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis:
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate sales records, including client information, sales activities, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and provide analysis to the management team.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide input for the development of sales strategies, pricing models, and service offerings.

  • Bachelor's or College degree business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of sales success in the advisory industry or a similar field.
  • At least 23 years of handson experience in sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Selfmotivated and targetdriven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer savvy, with a demonstrable ability to learn new programs quickly (experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and Hubspot is a plus)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, flexible team player
  • Customeroriented and resultsdriven
  • Knowledge of advisory services and the ability to understand complex client needs.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
