Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone who can come into our business and do a marketing takeover We are an ambitious telecom poised to redefine connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Mastery: Oversee tools like Sprout Social. Design and execute strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok) to boost engagement.
- Chatbot Management: Direct chatbot deployment, responses, and integration. Mediate between chatbot leads and agents.
- Content & PR: Pursue sales and PR opportunities for sponsored content, mentions, podcasts, and influencer campaigns. Coordinate post deployment with harmonized graphics and content.
- Client Video Engagement Utilize VideoAsk for enhancing customer engagement.
- Brand Guardian: Uphold and shape brand standards across all digital touchpoints.
- Data-
Driven Decisions:
Collate sales, conversion metrics, and generate actionable insights.
- Content Creation: Ideate and craft basic visuals for digital and traditional advertising campaigns.
- Team Training: Guide client service reps to ensure seamless chatbottoagent transitions.
- Budget Management: Design strategies to optimize budget for maximum lead generation.
- Community Oversight: Supervise social media comments and act as a backup for the Marketing support role.
- Event Coordinating: Attend and coordinate industry related events for B2B and B2C exposure.
Required Skills and Disposition:
- Solid experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.
- Familiarity with tools such as Shortcuts, Figjam, VideoAsk.
- Adept at managing chatbot interactions and lead conversion.
- Strong grasp of brand consistency and PR dynamics,
- Analytical mindset and budgeting acumen.
Education and Experience:
- Minimum 3 years Marketing Management experience
