A day in the life of a Breeder Services Associate

  • Leverage customer service portal to execute requests for puppy & kitten kits and award points.
  • Nurture new leads, providing relevant onboarding materials and nutrition information.
  • Outreach cold calls to prospective breeders.
  • Leverage knowledge of product portfolio to provide basic product/nutrition information; coordinate with Customer Service to seek answers for complex inquiries.

You will also:


  • Provide strategic input to Senior Manager on insights and strategies to win with breeders in Quebec.
  • Provide input to Senior Manager on French program guides and Pro Club marketing materials.

What will make you successful?

You will also:


  • A postsecondary degree with achievement of a diploma, degree, or recognized certificate.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in a customerfacing or sales role, or transferable skills from other professional experience.
  • Fluent French speaker (for external customer service) with strong English language skills (mostly for internal business communications)
  • Experience as a breeder, trainer, or as a veterinary technician, and/or knowledge of the cat/dog fancier community would be an asset, but is not required.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) considered an asset.
