As a critical member of our HR team, you will not only play a pivotal role in shaping our talent strategies but will also act as a proactive consultant, advocate, and change agent for both employees and leadership.

  • Support the full lifecycle of HR, including onboarding, benefit administration, and departure
  • Manage a variety of efforts, which include support with HR initiatives, ongoing projects, and coordinating the benefits administration process
  • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements
  • Facilitates training sessions with managers such as performance management, calibration sessions, change management, spotting talent;
  • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws and update policies and procedures when necessary
  • Play a frontline role in answering HR questions, escalating issues as needed, completing regular audits and analyses, and acting as a trusted source of information
  • Provide HR guidance to team members and managers, setting high expectations of behavior and performance
  • Partner with line managers to provide employee relations advice on global policies and procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing employee changes, joiners, and leavers
  • Produce datadriven reports to inform and influence HR initiatives
  • Lead and participate in projects where you'll see the impact of your work
  • Support internal resource groups to drive initiatives such as diversity and inclusion
  • Create, update, and maintain countryspecific handbooks and corporate policies

About You


Although we are looking for a passionate, purpose-driven individual rather than a 100% match of the job description, this role has a few essential things.


  • You have 34 years experience as HR Generalist agency or corporate, as well as a demonstrated interest in recruiting, technology, and innovation.
  • Knowledge in Canadian employment laws, specifically in Quebec
  • Comfort in working independently
  • You have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills and a natural ability to build trusting relationships.
  • You are bilingual, English & Frenchspeaking, and written (your prospects and hiring managers are not always bilingual).
  • You are organized with an eye for detail this role requires a lot of followups and managing competing priorities.
  • You have what is called the "growth mindset," you are not afraid to be challenged and to challenge others
  • You are enthusiastic, passionate, and have a great sense of humour.
  • Experience in developing and executing employer brandingrelated projects is a plus
