What You'll Do:

Serving food and beverages and offering suggestions or promoting specials.
FOOD PREPARATION is involved
Welcome and acknowledge guests in keeping with hotel standards.
Promote guest loyalty through actions including anticipating requirements, answering questions and providing superior customer service.
Create a welcoming environment by adjusting lighting and audio/TV volume to be consistent with meal period service
Responsible for the stocking and cleanliness of the food and beverage areas
Record transactions in the Maitre D' POS system correctly and timely
Typical shift hours 5:00pm12:00am

What we are looking for

Maintain current certification and follow all safe food handling and responsible beverage service regulations. Current SmartServe and Food Handler's Certificate required
13 years bartending and serving experience is required
Ability to work independently
A teamfirst attitude
Detail oriented
This role is a physically demanding role and may include repetitive bending, pulling, carrying, lifting and pushing (upto 40 lbs.)
