Qualifications:

  • Previous employment in a healthcare/hospitality setting an asset
  • Demostrated understanding of/ empathy for the needs of seniors
  • Must have a total understanding of bookkeeping practices and sufficient accounting knowledge to determine proper entries, prepare resident invoices.
  • Payroll & HR experience
  • Union experience an asset
  • Minimum 1 year experience with Sage software, strong microsoft Exel and Microsoft Office skills.
Responsibilites

  • Maintain accounting records for all invoices, deposits, rent and service fee collections
  • Perform payroll duties necessary for calculation of accurate wages and salary of all staff
  • Maintain confidentiality of all financial, personal and resident data
  • Be knowledgeable with union contract in place by UFCW/Victoria employees
  • Support General manager with any and all issues rerlated to the faccilities and buisness transactions.
  • Be knowledgeable of and practice residences fire safety programs
  • May be required to assist staff with resident care or assist GM in other duties in emergency situations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $42,000.00 per year
