Responsibilities and Duties
- This is a handson position and knowledge of QuickBooks or similar software and general comfort working in a highly computerized and paperless environment is a must.
- Provide bookkeeping services for multiple clients including processing payroll, tax remittances, invoice and revenue entries, bills and payments, banking entries, bank reconciliations, credit card expenses entries and reconciliation, electronic and paper filing of documents, and so on.
- Preparation, analysis and submission of monthly financials on time for each client.
- Managing information flow with clients, creating and managing checklists to obtain timely information necessary to prepare financials.
- Managing special projects and provide exemplary customer service.
- Be a team player and be able to facilitate growth of the other team members.
- Adhere to a Goal Set and Review (GS&R) system which will involve setting daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals and review and followup.
- Any other work as maybe required by the supervisor to fulfill the above responsibilities.
