What's it like to work with us?

As a project coordinator, you will have to:

Act as support to the project manager and estimator.
Handle document management.
Draft documentation related to project deficiencies.
Coordinate planned work with the client.
Attend site meetings and draft meetings minutes when necessary.
Monitor project schedules and make necessary updates.
Take photographs of the progress of construction sites.
Manage shop drawings and project samples.
Perform quantity takeoffs from plans.
Assisting tender site visit.
Assisting tender closing.

To work with us, you need

College diploma in architecture, civil engineering or related field
Two years experience as a project coordinator in the commercial, industrial or institutional building sector
Good command of the Office Suite and office automation tools
