professionalism. The Specialist is accountable for dealing with customer issues, product and pricing inquiries and processing transactions. This
includes the creation and maintenance of price lists, quotation records as well as coordinating and communicating with other functional areas
as required.

What you'll do:

Answer phones quickly, professionally, courteously and directs incoming calls to appropriate individuals.
Field and respond to inquiries regarding products, service, pricing, lead time, delivery, returns, and complaints.
Research and resolve customer problems, acting as the customer liaison between other company departments when necessary.
Establish and maintain relationships within assigned account base and with outside sales force.
Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
Inform customers and coworkers of delivery requirements for orders and coordinate, if necessary, specific arrangements for

deliveries as per the customer's request.

What you'll need:

Minimum of 2 years' experience in Inside Sales (Customer Service, Pricing, Quoting)
Proficient with Microsoft Office programs specifically, Word, Excel and Outlook with intermediate Excel Skills.
Experience using SAP within the manufacturing industry is a strong asset
Must have exceptional organizational skills as well as written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management and ability to multitask.
High attention to detail
Self-Starter with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Bilingual (French fluently).

Working Conditions:

Office environment (working partially remotely is an option)
Some overtime as required.
Travel as required.
Hours of work: 7:30 am to 4:30 pm
