Sales Supervisor - Edmonton, Canada - Royal Quality Foods
Description
Our company is seeking a Sales Supervisor to develop marketing strategies and oversee daily operations for our Edmonton branch. The Sales Supervisor will also be responsible for supervising the Sales Team and ensuring that their needs are met.This is a great role for an experienced sales professional who wants to take on leadership responsibilities, and an opportunity to build strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Understand the company's needs and objectives, then work to ensure that both are met.
- Hiring, training and Retraining new Sales Representatives.
- Ensure that all staff have the knowledge and resources to perform their duties effectively.
- Ensure that targets are met or exceeded for sales volume and company profits.
- Develop professional relationships with clients, and the Sales Team.
- Interact with clients on a regular basis to build a rapport with them and determine how the services provided by the company can help them achieve their goals.
- Schedule appointments, negotiate terms of sale.
Salary:
$4,000.00-$7,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Tips
Experience:
- Doortodoor: 1 year (required)
- Direct sales: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6E 6N2
