Video Editor for AI Startup CEO's LinkedIn & YouTube Channel (Ongoing, 2-3 Videos/Week)We're looking for a skilled video editor to join us on an ongoing basis, producing three polished videos per week for LinkedIn and YouTube.
About UsCrossCourtAI builds AI-powered systems for private equity and private credit firms across APAC. We're backed by Startmate, Sydney Angels, and VentureCrowd, and serve investment firms representing ~$5B in capital. Our founder (me) is ex-J.P. Morgan and Cerberus Capital Management, and my co-founders come from Zvizdic and Optiva.
I'm launching a personal content channel focused on the intersection of AI, finance, and startup life — and I need an editor who can help me look sharp and grow an audience.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll receive raw footage (talking head, screen recordings, and occasional b-roll) and turn it around into engaging, platform-optimised content. This includes cutting for pacing, adding captions/subtitles, motion graphics, transitions, and thumbnails. You should be comfortable adapting formats for both LinkedIn (short, punchy) and YouTube (longer form, more structured).
What We're Looking For
Proven experience editing content for LinkedIn or YouTube creators (share your portfolio)
Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and visual design
Familiarity with trending formats across both platforms
Ability to deliver 2 edited videos per week with reliable turnaround times
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent
Bonus:
experience with thumbnail design and caption/subtitle styling
Deliverables
3 fully edited videos per week (mix of short-form and long-form)
Thumbnails for each video
Captions/subtitles baked in or provided as SRT files
