Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of fitness trainers, front desk staff, and cleaning personnel. Provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
  • Operational Management: Manage the daytoday operations of the gym, including facility maintenance, equipment upkeep, and inventory management.
  • Customer Experience: Maintain high standards of customer service. Address member inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.

Marketing Support:
Promote gym memberships, special programs, and events. Drive membership sales and retention initiatives.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Implement and oversee safety protocols and cleaning procedures.


Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a managerial role within the fitness industry or related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage staff, handle customer relations, and drive sales.
  • Knowledge of fitness equipment, health, and safety regulations.
