• Filming, editing, and producing highquality videos showcasing our projects.
• Plan, record, edit, and publish a podcast series highlighting industry trends, interviews with experts, and company updates.
• Create compelling and informative blog posts to engage our audience and establish thought leadership in the real estate industry.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in video filming, editing, and production.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market dynamics is a plus.
