The Role
Responsibilities
- Instrumental in strategic business planning, working as a member of the ELT (Executive Leadership Team) to achieve business goals, including new clients, additional operational services, competitive acquisitions, or mergers.
- Develop sales and marketing strategic business plans to drive revenue and increase market share.
- Develop and maintain the overall revenue growth plan and model ensuring scalability.
- Strengthen the sales team by recruiting and retaining toptier sales talent.
- Delivering on full P&L and Balance Sheet performance
- Identify new client marketplaces, existing client growth opportunities to deliver double digit growth.
- Understand and convert all corporate strategic directives into departmental processes and objectives.
- Ensures processes and procedures are in place to support the overall business strategy, meeting all cost, quality, and service targets.
- Works in close contact with and develops relationships with all internal/external customers.
- Drive change and results to improve processes and procedures and the bottom line.
- Lead and mentor team, providing direction and development of both corporate and personal career goals.

- Minimum 710 years' experience in Sales Management within the Commercial Logistics field
- Transportation experience is a must
