SUMMARY
SKILLS AND COMPENTENCIES
- Two to three years of commercial property management experience
- Postsecondary degree/certificate required, with finance/accountingrelated courses and a demonstrated interest in pursuing Real Property Administrator (RPA) or Certified Property Manager (CPM) designations considered an asset
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Customerservice orientation
- Proactive with sound planning, prioritization, and execution skills
- Entrepreneurial with a high level of ownership and accountability, able to operate with a sense of urgency as required
- A team player who can also work independently

RESPONSIBILITIES
Tenant Administration
- Establish and maintain constructive working relationship with tenants, vendors, building security, cleaners and various contractors to ensure smooth property operations
- Respond to tenant's daytoday issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely basis
- Maintain tenant accounts: review new leases, renewals and extensions; accounts receivable, charges processed, credits applied, collection of outstanding arrears;
- Coordinate ongoing rent roll updates ensure correct amounts are accurately recorded
- Proactively maintaining portfoliorelevant information in the property management database
- Update tenant manuals and emergency plans as required
- Provide support to ensure Health & Safety regulations are followed at all properties
- Prepare monthly tenant gross sales report and annual reconciliations
- Assist Property Manager: to support year end adjustment recovery billings; with quarterly report completion which includes variances analysis and reforecasting on property systems
- Support annual budget process
- Complete MPAC commercial rental data request package

Salary:
$62,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
