    Description

    We are seeking a Service Desk Analyst to play a vital role in enhancing IT service delivery through best practices.

    The candidate will design ticket workflows, manage triage processes and provide Level 1 support. Responsibilities include analyzing ticket trends and maintaining knowledge resources. Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of experience in IT support, ITIL knowledge, and experience with ServiceNow software.

    This is a full-time position that requires the employee to work on-site five days a week. The successful applicant will be an integral part of our team, working together to provide exceptional IT services.
