Project Manager.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors' degree with a focus on project management, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, or computer science/programming.

o Certification such as PMP, Pro Sci considered an asset.

Experience: 10 years of experience including project management, strategy & governance, change management, developing technologybased solutions.
Experience in shipbuilding, construction or manufacturing is an asset.
Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
Experience in developing and automating metrics and reporting especially in in VBA, SQL, Tableau, Alteryx, and Python.
All successful applicants must meet requirements for Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP), Canadian Government Security clearance, and U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR)._

Key Responsibilities:

Review and oversee project activities, factoring risks, achieved performance and other variables to manage performance. Perform analysis that aims at achieving project outcomes and contributing to the overall project success.
Engage productively with project & senior leadership team members. Identify, resolve & escalate issues, gain consensus through effective communication, and collaborate successfully across the organization.
Deliver project updates to the Proposal, Project & Executive leadership teams as required on a weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
Document, communicate and monitor procedures.
Develop and deliver new reporting formats and methods to match the needs of an evolving project scope.
