    Job Description:

    Join our diverse and expanding team as a Product Marketing Engineer responsible for promoting Microchip's cutting-edge Timing solutions for key applications. In this crucially technical role, you will collaborate closely with System Architects, Application Engineers, and the entire Marketing team to propel the development of Timing solutions that seamlessly integrate with Microchip's extensive portfolio and partner SOC designs.

    • Provide technical marketing support to System Architects, R&D, and senior Marketing.
    • Collaborate with Timing product lines to assess current and upcoming products.
    • Assist in cross-divisional interactions to optimize opportunities for Microchip.
    • Partner with the marketing team to enhance the visibility of products and solutions, focusing particularly on Automotive and Communications markets.
    • Work alongside the marketing team and engineers to analyze customer design activities, comprehend successes, and learn from failures.
    • Proactively manage and review marketing content to ensure consistent messaging (website, collateral, selector guides, demos, etc.).

    Requirements/Qualifications:

    • Currently pursuing an Electrical Engineering Master's degree from an accredited university.
    • Proficient in office suite applications (Excel, PPT, Word).
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and aligned with Microchip company values.
    • Capable of managing deadlines across multiple projects.
    • Adept at influencing and coordinating with colleagues from various business units, roles, and goals, spanning multiple time zones.
    • Solid project management abilities, including establishing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
    • Problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
    • Some travel may be required.

    Pay Range:

    We offer a comprehensive compensation package that stands out in the industry. It encompasses a competitive base salary, restricted stock units, and quarterly bonus payouts. Additionally, our package includes health benefits starting on day one, retirement savings plans, and a leading IESPP program featuring a 6-month look-back feature.     The annual base salary range for this position is $76,000 - $114,000.
