  • Lead the Sales Operations team to facilitate the annual target setting process with each of the business units and provide accurate and intuitive sales reports and dashboards to track performance
  • Ensure timely development and communication of annual targets and ownership of targets.
  • Support bonus plan administration through effective bonus modelling and projections. Work with business unit leaders to develop bonus plans that drive desired behaviors and outcomes to achieve strategic and sales excellence.
  • Lead the compensation process to ensure commitment from business unit stakeholders and the Compensation Committee. Support compensation related activities associated with payout, bonus plan administration, target setting and modelling.
  • Manage process for effective account and opportunity management within SFDC. Lead support for a regular rhythm of funnel reviews to reinforce right sales process behaviors to maintain accurate and robust funnels
  • Provide sales process and SFDC training to sales associates as necessary
  • Oversee the accurate and timely production of sales reports and analytics to enable effective review of sales performance and drive strategic decision making
  • Work closely with sales and marketing to gather additional reporting requirements and build new capabilities
  • Build relationships with business unit leaders to ensure support is meeting business requirements and expectations
  • Manage adherence of a processoriented approach to all sales operations functions including sales process/reporting, bonus plan modelling, compensation management, and funnel management
  • Ensure that sales operations comply with policies, procedures and compliance requirements within the regional business
  • Gather requirements for SFDC enhancement requests, develop business cases for IT development, and manage projects to implementation
  • Provide training and onboarding to new associates as required. Develop and maintain training plans and documents
  • Lead and build a high performing team through employee development, accountability, and mentoring.
  • Lead, drive and/or participate in new initiatives or projects under the sales operations mandate
  • Demonstrate and promote the company values and leadership behaviors.

Education, Experience and Skills:


  • University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or other relevant area 5+ Years of work experience working with complex data sets and financial models
  • 7+ Years of experience working in business or office settings
  • Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office Suite
  • Experience leading teams is strongly preferred
  • Experience with Sales Force dot com is an asset
  • Experience in the medical device industry is an asset
  • Experience with managing payroll, finances, or other sensitive data is an asset
