Responsible for line accurately packaging, labeling, and coding product. Ensure all special instructions or any order requirements are reviewed and fulfilled. Act as Line Leader to instruct associates as to their duties._


Key Accountabilities:


  • Review all special instructions and checklists prior to production.
  • Understand the expected duties of temporary associates.
  • Visually inspect all equipment to ensure they are in safe and operational condition.
  • Package finished goods for sale to the customer.
  • Ensure that the correct product label is affixed to the finished product.
  • Ensure that machinery is cleaned between orders, so no cross contamination occurs.
  • Understand all operating procedures for the machinery.

Required Education and Experience:


  • 6 months experience in a warehouse setting
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent, preferred.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$15.50 per hour


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Scarborough, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- warehouse: 1 year (preferred)


Shift availability:

  • Day Shift (preferred)
