    Mailroom Associate Job Description

    This is a dynamic role in print and mail services based in Etobicoke, focused on client service, coordination, and day-to-day support in a casual, professional environment. It's ideal for communicators who thrive in organized settings.


    What You'll Get:



    • An hourly salary of $17.90 per hour.

    • A 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.

    • A full-time position requiring 37.50 hours of work per week.

    • A weekday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm.

    • The opportunity to work On-site at Etobicoke ON location.



    The job duties include receiving sorting delivering incoming mail parcels by department according to client timescales handling outgoing postal courier services efficiently communicating effectively with customers both personally via phone assisting customers' needs performing various office support tasks including parcel delivery consumable paper supply facilitation responding customer inquiries timely completing other duties assigned accordingly.
