Early Childhood Educator - Sylvan Lake, Canada - Stepping Stones Montessori
Description
Stepping Stones Montessori is currently looking for a dedicated childcare level 2 or 3 teacher to work in our future daycare opening in Sylvan Lake hourly rate above the average of the market, wage top-up, and extra benefits.
Requirements:
A bachelor's degree or college diploma in early childhood education is required.
A minimum of AB child Care Level 2 certification is required, and a Montessori certificate/diploma is an asset.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with children is required.
A clear criminal record check including a vulnerable sector search is required.
Copies of any diplomas, certificates or other evidence of training and skills are required.
Evidence that the person has complied with the Province's immunization - COVID-19.
A valid standard child care first aid & CPR certificate is required.
Strong computer skills (Microsoft 365) and communication skills are an asset.
Basic Social Media knowledge is an asset.
Leadership skills regarding managing staff, daycare daily operations, and communication with daycare parents are required.

Salary:
$18.05-$19.88 per hour
