GO International is a designated Recognized Organization of the Government of Canada's International Experience Canadaprogram.

GO International was founded in 1994 and is a division of Tamwood International College Ltd.

GO International is a Canadian company that operates its own working holiday and volunteer programs in Canada and works with partner organizations around the world to deliver highly recognized work and travel, teach abroad and volunteer abroad programs.


Reporting to the CEO, you will participate in growing the company's business in in all markets for work programs, through the development of new work programs, the development of new marketing initiatives, effective sales to all work program leads and by providing superior services to recruiting partners, overseas program delivery partners and program participants.


This will include:

  • Managing all aspects of the GO International division of the company
  • Working with marketing staff, delivering an annual sales and marketing plan for the for GO International on time and executing the approved plan as per the approved timeline and budget
  • Managing the GO International sales and admin staff
  • Planning daily, weekly and monthly prospect contact and prospecting strategies
  • Cold calling and following up to develop prospects and customers
  • Making daily contacts with prospects through telephone, and mail
  • Achieving or exceeding recruitment targets on time and on budget
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records in the company CRM at all times
  • Completing assigned sales activity KPIs on time
  • Providing a biweekly report to your Manager reporting highlights of sales activities in the period, plans for the coming two week period, issues and market intelligence identified in the period
  • Developing student referrals partnerships through relationship building
  • Managing and ensuring smooth delivery of the inbound work programs including the marketing, sales, registrations and operations
  • Working with your team, developing and implementing an employer recruitment strategy to ensure success at placing inbound working holiday clients in suitable jobs
  • Producing estimates and quotes for prospective clients
  • Attending businesstobusiness trade shows and industry conferences as required
  • Ensuring timely reporting of activities and results
  • Providing vacation and absence relief coverage for other sales staff of the company as required
  • Conducting timely and regular surveys of clients on all work programs and preparing reports of information collected and dealing with issues raised through feedback to improve the programs and services of GO International.
  • Collecting testimonials in written and video format from participants for use in marketing
  • Completing the twice yearly reporting to IEC and periodic submissions to IEC RFP's.
  • Providing customer service to clients on all work programs including providing predeparture information and orientations and on program advice and support.
  • Carrying out other related duties as required
