Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the daytoday operations on the project site regarding safety, planning and scheduling, site logistics, quality management, resource planning, material handling, and trade coordination.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Implement a quality control / quality assurance program and ensure it is adhered to throughout all project phases.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Develop, implement, and monitor the project schedule and institute remediation strategies, as needed, to meet completion targets.
- Chair weekly site meetings and facilitate coordination between subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure the project is constructed per plans, specifications, and other projectspecific requirements.
- Assess technical issues and coordinate solutions with crossdisciplinary consultant teams.
- Support the Project Manager in cost management, preparing scopes of work and site reporting.
- Prepare regular lookahead schedules for trade contractors and suppliers.
- Support estimating and preconstruction services, as required.
- Maintain daily logs and a photographic record of site activities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years' construction experience on multifamily residential projects.
- Fulsome understanding of the construction practices, building materials and codes.
- Capacity to lead and manage the project site team and create an environment that promotes collaboration and synergy towards project success.
- Understand and resolve disputes in a fair and reasonable manner.
- Experience using technology in the field
- MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.
- Experience enforcing company safety policies for all individuals accessing the site.
- Ability to complete all required health and safety documentation for the project.
- Ability to identify missing/gaps in scope, constructability issues, and opportunities to valueengineer through detailed construction documentation review.
- Ability to develop the project execution strategy, project schedule, and resource forecast in collaboration with the project management team.
Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:
- This position is primarily sitebased and work will be in both indoor and outdoor environments on construction projects.
- Walking over uneven terrain, climbing and lifting are a requirement of the position.
- Sitting at a desk to work at a computer, attend meetings, make telephone calls, etc.
- Some travel to attend meetings off site, as required.

$130,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
