Position Description:
Qualifications:
- Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
- Able to work efficiently and with mínimal supervision directly from a deficiency list.
- Must have reliable truck or van and possess a valid driver's licence.
- Must own a variety of power/hand tools and be willing to purchase additional tools as necessary.
- Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and construction knowledge.
- Possess a keen attention to detail and pride in workmanship, be punctual and represent LIV Communities in a positive, professional manner.
- Possess a clean criminal background check.
