Position Description:

Qualifications:

Able to work independently and contribute as part of a team.
Able to work efficiently and with mínimal supervision directly from a deficiency list.
Must have reliable truck or van and possess a valid driver's licence.
Must own a variety of power/hand tools and be willing to purchase additional tools as necessary.
Must have exceptional troubleshooting skills and construction knowledge.
Possess a keen attention to detail and pride in workmanship, be punctual and represent LIV Communities in a positive, professional manner.
Possess a clean criminal background check.
