Job brief
The dishwasher plays a vital role in the kitchen team. They are responsible for washing and sanitizing dishes to keep up with the restaurant's demands.


Responsibilities

  • Collect used cookware from the kitchen
  • Load and unload dishwashing machines
  • Store clean dishes appropriately
  • Occasionally assist the kitchen in food preparation
  • Ensure there are always clean dishes and utensils to keep up with restaurant demand
  • Maintain cleaning supplies stock

Requirements and skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and help with various tasks, as needed
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work in a standing position for long periods
  • Access to reliable transportation
