Description
Responsibilities:
- Contacting clients and providing them with the start date.
- Buying the required material for the project ideally 2 weeks in advance.
- Setting up the crew kits and any extra tools / ladders the crew would need to complete the job.
- Keeping track of the your crews (do they show up on time, are they being efficient or are they wasting time)
- Keep track of project's progress.
- Getting daily updates from your painters
- Handling any project related problems that arise.
- Keeping the client updated with our progress and with the end date.
- Closing projects and handling any client objection or remarks.
Requirments
- Must have atleast 3 years of painting experience.
- Must have great communication and leadership skills.
- Orrganized and adabtable to systems.
- Good work ethics and eager to grow.
Salary:
From $3,600.00 per month
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
