E-Commerce Marketing Manager
(20-30 hours/week)

get kids outdoors more often.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ecommerce and Marketing Expert to lead and oversee the monthly subscription box part of our business.
Most importantly, you are driven and motivated by our purpose:
to get more kids outdoors, more often.
Responsibilities:
- Subscription Box Management: Oversee the endtoend operations of our subscription box service.
- Manage META ads campaigns to attract and convert new customers, optimizing ad spend.
- Maintain and optimize directory listings for increased visibility of the subscription box service.
- Collaborate with influencers, ambassadors, and affiliates to expand the customer base.
- Lead strategic direction for ambassador and affiliate programs, ensuring effective execution.
- Utilize extensive Shopify knowledge to enhance user experience and optimize product pages for ecommerce success.
- Utilize your experience with software tools such as Klayvio, ShareASale, META ads, and Canva to streamline marketing efforts and create visually compelling content.
- Budget Management and monthly reporting on set KPIs
- Revenue Goal Achievement: Take ownership of revenue targets and implement strategies to achieve and surpass them, with a focus on growing subscription box sales.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in ecommerce and marketing roles, with a demonstrated track record of success in managing subscription based services and achieving revenue goals.
- Extensive knowledge and handson experience with Shopify platform and its various features.
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to work independently and see projects through ideation to execution (and a willingness to try new things)
- Self-Motivated: A proactive and selfdriven individual who can take ownership of tasks and drive initiatives independently.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze marketing performance data and derive insights to inform decisionmaking and optimize campaigns.
- A genuine interest in the outdoors, getting kids outside, education and naturerelated products will be a plus.
- A creative energy that will bring new ideas to the table
- Education or training in Marketing/Communications/Business or relevant field

- $25-30/hour, with
additional quarterly bonus incentives tied to the achievement of revenue targets and marketing performance metrics (that we will set together)
- Office Presence: Be available to work in our Calgary, AB office for two days a week to collaborate with the team and participate in inperson meetings.
